Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale accents are non-returnable to maintain the exclusivity of our collections.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    Prepare Your Shipment

    Carefully repackage your items in their original protective crating and packaging to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.

  • 3.
    Schedule a White-Glove Pickup

    For oversized furniture, our concierge team will coordinate a professional white-glove courier to collect the items directly from your residence.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our artisans inspect the returned pieces for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
